If you have wandered onto this page, this either means you are curious, exploring, or interested in designing spawn/card/special/miscellaneous arts for the EternalDex team!
We take heavy pride in our artists, they keep the bot from becoming lackluster, and provide ideas that we can further expand on, implement, and use to the benefit of the bot.
Joining the EternalDex Artist team is simple, all you have to do is join the main server, reach out to KingBitter via DMs, and most likely you’ll be given a test-task to see your skills!
There is more detailed information regarding artists below, which may/may not impact your decision to join the team.
EternalDex Artwork Terms
1. You Own Your Art
All artwork you create and submit stays fully yours. EternalDex only gets permission to use it.
2. Where to Submit
Artwork is only accepted when posted in the #🛜〱eternal-employees channel.
DMs or unofficial submissions don’t count unless a Developer says otherwise.
3. Human-Made Only
All art must be drawn by you. No AI art, tracing, or copied work.
4. If Artwork Isn’t Genuine
If a submission is found to be AI-made, traced, or plagiarized, it won’t be used.
You’ll need to make a proper version or take a different task. Refusal may result in removal from the project.
5. Deadlines
Artists have one month to finish assigned pieces unless a Developer grants extra time.
If you don’t start or don’t follow through, you’ll need to finish it, switch tasks, or step away from the project.
6. How EternalDex Uses Your Art
By submitting artwork, you allow EternalDex to show it in the bot, crop/resize it as needed, and use it for visual presentation.
Your art will never be sold.
7. Updates & Replacements
Art may be adjusted for formatting or replaced if a better or updated version is submitted, or if the original no longer meets standards.
8. Artist Credits
Your name will be shown in EternalDex.
Players can see it using /eternal info (cardname).
9. Continued Use
Once your art is submitted and added, EternalDex can continue using it.
Removal requests are only considered for serious or exceptional reasons.
10. Your Rights Outside EternalDex
You can still use, sell, modify, or publish your artwork anywhere else. Your rights remain fully intact.
11. Roles & Authority
Head Artists may guide, not command.
Developers have final approval and may ask for edits or full redos.
KingBitter may override any decision.
Work limits:
Artists: 1 artwork
Head Artists: 3 artworks
Developers: 5 artworks
12. Agreement
Submitting artwork in #🛜〱eternal-employees means you agree to all these terms.
