If you have wandered onto this page, this either means you are curious, exploring, or interested in designing spawn/card/special/miscellaneous arts for the EternalDex team!
We take heavy pride in our artists, they keep the bot from becoming lackluster, and provide ideas that we can further expand on, implement, and use to the benefit of the bot.
Joining the EternalDex Artist team is simple, all you have to do is join the main server, reach out to KingBitter via DMs, and most likely you’ll be given a test-task to see your skills!
There is more detailed information regarding artists below, which may/may not impact your decision to join the team.
EternalDex Artwork Usage Terms
By submitting artwork for use in EternalDex, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ownership
You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to your artwork at all times—before, during, and after its use in EternalDex.
2. Approved Submission
Artwork is considered approved for use only when submitted and discussed in the #EternalDex-Employees channel within the official EternalDex main server.
Submissions via private messages, DMs, or unofficial channels will not be used.
3. Quality & Authenticity Standards
To maintain the integrity of EternalDex:
All artwork must be original and human-made.
AI-generated, traced, or plagiarized work will not be added.
Each submission is reviewed by EternalDex staff (myself and/or another developer). If there is any suspicion that the artwork is not human-drawn, it will be flagged for review.
If your submission is found to be non-human-made:
The artwork will not be submitted.
You will be expected to create a legitimate human-made version.
If you are unable or unwilling to do so, you may be asked to perform a different task.
If you refuse to perform a different task, you may be let go from EternalDex contributions.
Your work does not need to be a masterpiece—it only needs to be genuine, original, and made with reasonable effort.
4. Usage Scope
By submitting artwork, you grant EternalDex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Display the artwork within the EternalDex bot
Use the artwork for artistic and visual presentation related to EternalDex
Crop or resize artwork when necessary for technical or visual optimization
Your artwork will not be sold, resold, or used to generate direct profit.
5. Modification & Replacement
EternalDex may crop or resize your artwork if necessary for proper display.
Artwork may be updated, removed, or replaced if a new or improved version is submitted or if the original fails to meet the standards described above.
6. Credits
Artists will be credited within EternalDex. Users can view artist credits using the command:
/eternal info (cardname) — the artist’s name will be displayed at the bottom of the information panel.
7. Continued Use
Once submitted, EternalDex retains the right to continue using the artwork. Requests to revoke usage will only be considered under exceptional circumstances determined by EternalDex administration.
8. Independent Rights
You are free to use, license, modify, or sell your artwork elsewhere at any time. EternalDex’s use does not limit your independent rights.
9. Contributor Conduct
The personal behavior or reputation of an artist will not, by itself, be grounds for removal of their artwork.
10. Agreement
By submitting artwork in the #EternalDex-Employees channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
